Our office is located in the very heart of Warsaw, right next to Świętokrzyska metro station. But if you prefer, you can also work 100% remotely from anywhere in the world 😀

Right now, we’re looking for someone to join us as a Senior QA Automation Engineer!

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including solid experience in test automation.
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Very good knowledge of at least one programming language used in test automation, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with tools for automated testing of web and mobile applications, such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
• Experience with bug reporting and test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, or Allure.
• Experience in API testing and knowledge of tools such as Postman, Playwright API, REST Assured, or similar.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and experience integrating automated tests with pipelines, such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Good knowledge of Scrum and experience working with developers, project managers, and clients.
• Ability to define testing strategies, quality standards, and recommend QA best practices.
• Good command of English, allowing direct communication with clients.
• Accuracy, precision, and attention to detail.
• Independence, responsibility, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team — collaboration with people will be part of your everyday work.
• Analytical thinking and readiness to constructively challenge solutions when product quality requires it.

• Experience with web test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or similar)
• Experience with mobile test automation (Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest)
• Knowledge of databases - relational (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Experience testing event-driven systems / message brokers (e.g. Apache Kafka)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, Claude) to speed up testing work
• Experience with cloud device farms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or similar)
• Strong manual testing skills and the ability to identify the root cause of issues

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests for web and mobile applications.Co-creating testing strategies in projects and ensuring high quality of delivered software.
• Choosing tools, technologies, and approaches to test automation based on project needs.Developing and improving test automation frameworks.
• Integrating automated tests with CI/CD processes.
• Testing APIs and supporting the team in identifying quality risks at different stages of development.
• Working closely with developers, project managers, product designers, and clients.
• Sharing knowledge with the team, reviewing automated tests, and mentoring less experienced people.Proactively suggesting improvements to applications, testing processes, and the way the team works.
• Supporting the team with manual testing when it makes sense and helps deliver better product quality.

• You will work on web and mobile applications, helping us ensure their stability, reliability, and high quality.
• You will take part in Quest meetings — our internal knowledge-sharing sessions covering different areas of technology, product development, communication, and teamwork.
• Every other Friday, we dedicate part of the day to learning, sharing knowledge, and developing our skills.
• You will have the opportunity to shape test automation strategies, choose the right tools, and improve testing frameworks.
• You will work closely with developers, project managers, product designers, and clients, having a real impact on product quality.
• You will be able to share knowledge with the team, review automated tests, and mentor less experienced people.
