• Extensive commercial experience in Android development (6+ years).
• Experience programming in Kotlin.
• Familiarity with the Android SDK, Android Jetpack (Compose, Navigation, Room, etc.), Kotlin Coroutines & Flow, Gradle, and Android Profiler.
• Very good knowledge of GraphQL.
• Understanding of version control principles, such as Git.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of selected modern Android architectural patterns (MVI, MVVM, etc.).
• Understanding of DI principles and familiarity with at least one library (e.g., Dagger 2, Hilt).
• Knowledge of JUnit & MockK.
• Very good command of English and Polish (direct client communication).
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude) effectively to support day-to-day work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.‍
• Experience mentoring other team members.

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Familiarity with UI testing frameworks such as Espresso, Compose UI, and Paparazzi.
• Experience working with REST APIs and lower-level networking protocols (e.g., sockets).
• Experience working in Scrum and Agile environments.
• Ability to work comfortably with an operating system, write bash scripts, etc.
• Experience using CI solutions and the ability to configure CI pipelines.
• Knowledge of the most common design patterns used in Android development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to help build a product development strategy.
• Ability to work independently, even on complex problems and end-to-end applications.

• Writing high-quality code and collaborating with an experienced project team
• Developing new features in line with business requirements
• Actively collaborating with the client to refine requirements and resolve technical issues
• Analyzing problems, writing automated tests, and creating technical documentation

• DroidQuest – internal workshops focused on sharing knowledge within the company.
• Lightning Talk – sessions covering a wide range of topics, from communication and programming trends to healthy nutrition.
• Every other Friday, we dedicate part of the day to learning and developing our skills.
• We always aim to choose the right tools for the job, but our main stack includes: MVI, Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines/Flow, Hilt, MockK, and Turbine for unit tests.
• Clean code is very important to us, which is why we use Detekt for static code analysis and conduct daily code reviews.
